Heading up and up into the mountains of northern Vietnam, and there\u2019s a heavy low cloud hanging in the air, and it\u2019s very wet. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This does not bode well for the next few days when I\u2019m supposed to be touring the Ha Giang loop, a scenic swoop through the mountains and up to the border with China. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Except it seems like that scenery is going to be shrouded in mist and drizzle. Saturday to Tuesday are the scheduled days and, well, see what the ever-optimistic iOS Weather app says. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
